Ridgewood Egypt for Infrastructure Projects was founded in 1999 to deliver water and power on a build, own, and operate basis. Since its inception, a commitment has been maintained to seek business prospects and expand vertically and horizontally while leveraging knowledge and resources to fulfill consumers' expectations. Effective November 2020,  the acquisition of the business was completed by Hassan Allam Utilities and Almar Water Solutions. The company's long-term goal is to consolidate Ridgewood in the water services and investments at a local level. The new shareholders brought an improvement in technical diversification, financial capacities to tackle the latest initiatives the market needs, and a long-term vision of the business.

Hassan Allam Holding is actively involved in developing ports and airports and the infrastructure necessary to support these massive projects. We work in integrated teams to deliver complex projects for private, military, and government clients across the region. With our extensive experience in the sector, we have a unique perspective and are skilled in delivering large ports and airports in challenging environments.

Producing in excess of 100,000 precast products every day, we’re a leading concrete supplier within Egypt. We make concrete blocks and bricks as well as curb stones and pre-cast units. At our plant in 10th of Ramadan City, we operate two automated production lines, which keeps productivity high and costs low.

With over 30 years of experience in the power industry, Hassan Allam Holding has worked alongside top-tier technology providers and industry leaders. Our engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services have evolved in line with new processes and technologies in the market, and our experience extends to new build power plants, upgrades, and refurbishments.

With an annual capacity of 40,000 tons of steel, our plant in Alexandria, Egypt, is the backbone of our steelwork business. We are ASME certified as approved manufacturers and assemblers of power boilers, pressure vessels and pressure piping. Our plant produces 5,000 tons of plate work annually, which is delivered to sites across the MENA region.

We provide end-to-end services and we cater to upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. With extensive experience in oil refineries, liquefied natural gas plants and petrochemical complexes.

CORE is a specialized engineering applicator providing diversity of services, sustainable solutions, and quality operations in the construction flied, we serve all requirements in various segments: industrial, commercial, institutional and residential.

We design, manufacture and distribute a wide range of wood products including fire doors, flooring, cladding and architectural features. Spanning 3,000 m2, our workshop is where we fulfil bespoke orders for clients with specific requirements. 

We design and manufacture concrete pipes, producing approximately 200 km every year. Both our reinforced and prestressed products are engineered to withstand changes in temperature and pressure. That’s why they’re the preferred choice on water transmission pipelines around North Africa.

As owners of two large quarries, we mine our own limestone and dolomite. We meticulously crush, shape, screen and wash all extracted materials. Our aggregate products are used in concrete, roads and pavements all around the MENA region.

Delivering over 1,000,000 m2 of ready-mix concrete annually, we are a trusted supplier on countless construction sites. Our high performance products are independently monitored for quality, making them the ideal choice for especially challenging projects.
