NCIC complex will decrease Egypt’s imports of fertilizer products, it is teh biggest fertilizer complex in north Africa, providing vast range of products to the local market and aim to export to MENA region and Africa.

Our scope includes a fully integrated engineering, procurement and construction services including startup and commissioning for Phosphatic & Compound Fertilizers Complex.

Additionally in sector 1 and 4, includes two Sulphuric Acid Plants with a capacity of 1900 MTPD per each, complete with Sulphur melting and treatment Unit, Heat Recovery System, HRS and integrated with Co-generation based on a multi-stage high efficiency, condensing steam turbine for utilization of HP Steam.

Futhermore, Includes a one Granulated DAP Plant, with production capacity 1200 MTPD, (18- 46-00), using H3PO4 a 52 % P2O5 and the pipe reactor technology, and a one Granulated Triple Superphosphate, G-TSP, Plant with production capacity 750 MTPD, 42% P2O5 water-soluble.
